For immediate service call our Toll Free number above. Our certified professional service technicians can often make repairs on-site at your location (call for details). You can order parts and accessories for your PowerMate^® through our toll free line as well.

Ordering Machine Repairs, Parts or Accessories

In order to better serve you, we ask that you prepare the following before you call:

• Model type and serial number;
  ( top left on M-series on the back and top right on L-Series machines
  stamped into the metal on the front)
• Complete shipping address;
• Method of payment.

We understand that having a critical tool like your PowerMate^® stair climber out of action is not ideal and that is why we work hard to ensure your PowerMate^® never goes down! We track every machine sold and provide recommendations for periodic re-certification or preventative maintenance that will keep your PowerMate^® running at peak performance year round.
